Meet The StaffJeremy Vance Jeremy Vance, our Senior Pastor, joined us on staff in 2006. A native of Wisconsin, Jeremy received his B.A. in Religion at Northwestern College in Iowa, and went on to earn his M. Div. from Phoenix Seminary. Jeremy entered into full-time ministry as a pastor in 1994. He and his wife, Jill, have four children. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, and being outdoors golfing, camping, canoeing and hiking.
Duane Olson Duane Olson, our Pastor of Adult Ministries, is a recent addition to our staff joining us in 2010 after ministering for thirty-five years as a missionary in Europe, six years in Denmark and twenty-nine years in Portugal. Duane, a native of Michigan, grew up in Phoenix. After graduation from Arizona StateUniversity with a B.S. in Biology, he went on to earn his ThM from DallasTheological Seminary. Before going to Europe, Duane served as interim pastor in Buffalo Center, Iowa for one year. He and his wife, Jane, have three grown children and four grandchildren. Duane enjoys reading, listening to music, as well as spending time outdoors, fishing and walking. Pat Hanson Pat Hanson, our Children's and Family Pastor, joined us on staff in 2001. Pat is a Wisconsin native, born in Waukesha. He attended Moody Bible Institute receiving a B.A. in Youth Ministry and continued his education at Denver Seminary where he received an M.A. in professional counseling (counseling licensure). After graduating, he was employed as a family therapist with Lutheran Social Services in Beaver Dam for two years before transitioning to the ministry and now calls Faith Church home. He is married to Jessica and they have five children. Among Pat's interests are historic home renovations, architectural history, aquariums, music, and golf. He enjoys boating on the lake when he can, and spends as much time with his family as possible. Todd Erlandson Todd Erlandson, our Pastor of Creative Arts and IMPACT Ministries, joined us in 2007, and having grown up in southern Minnesota, is the lone Vikings fan on staff. After studying music at Minnesota State at Mankato, Todd spent six years working as a missionary to teenagers in Russia, Belarus, Latvia, and Ukraine. He later served as Pastor of Youth and Worship Ministries in Colorado Springs, CO for 3½ years. He received his B.S. in Organizational Management in Christian Leadership from Colorado Christian University. Todd is married to Natasha, whom he met while in Ukraine, and they have two children. MIKE MCGUIRE Mike McGuire, our Student Ministries Pastor joined our staff in April of 2010. Mike was a Student Ministry Intern with Woodlands Church in Plover, Wi for one year and the Youth Director at their satellite campus in Wiscons Rapids for six months. He has a heart for teaching the Word of God to the students and helping them learn how to put their faith into action. He and his wife Amy, have four kids that keep them busy. He also enjoys, movies and video games as long as they are PS3. Oh yeah, he also rides a Harley. Michelle Lillibridge Michelle Lillibridge, our Office Administrator, joined us on staff in 2005. Michelle has been a part of the Faith family since 1991. Some of Michelle's responsibilities include bookkeeping and assisting the pastors. In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time with her family and friends. She is a certified Massage Therapist and enjoys roasting coffee beans. Angie Goessl Angie Goessl, our Administrative Assistant, joined the staff in 2007. She has been a part of the Faith family since 2006. Angie and her husband Michael have two children and two grandchildren. In her free time, Angie loves to spend time with her family and friends, exercise on her bike, play ping pong, read and babysit her grandchildren. |
